Gerry B. Wallerstein Revolving Loan Fund Gerry B. Wallerstein, founding member of the Women’s Roundtable, created a concept to create a pool of money for women business owners who may not qualify for or have access to traditional credit sources. To recognize Gerry’s passion and her commitment to helping women business owners and entrepreneurs, the Fund was named in her honor when she died of cancer. Every year, $10 of the $75 annual Roundtable membership fee is directed to the Wallerstein Fund. Additional money has been added to the Fund through special events and contributions in honor or memory of WRT members or loved ones. Loans will begin to be made when the Fund reaches $10,000. Corrine Halperin Egan, founding member of the Roundtable and close personal friend of Gerry’s, is heading a committee to draft criteria and operating procedures for the Wallerstein Fund in anticipation of soon reaching the $10,000 mark. If you wish to make a contribution to the Wallerstein Fund, please make your checks payable to The Women’s Roundtable (note Wallerstein Fund in the memo area) and mail them to The Women’s Roundtable, Attn: Sue Wendel, Treasurer, PO Box 3922, Erie, PA 16508. © 2007 The Women's Roundtable
